Eighth grade education and ability to pass basic reading and writing competency test. Six months experience in custodial work. Must be able to successfully complete required training within a limited time of employment. Preferable: high school education or GED, education and experience can substitute for one another. Three years’ experience in custodial work and three years’ experience in training persons with disabilities. Persons with disabilities preferred. Required to have a Valid Texas Driver’s license with a good driving record.
Complete assigned custodial duties to meet specifications of the contract of work assignment. Work locations may change frequently depending on needs of contract. Provides training to workers with disabilities. Completes time studies and required reports. Completes required documentation. Adheres to policies, rules and regulations and standards of performance and behavior as determined by the Center, Department and Unit. Responsible for floor care of your assigned route and must follow the specifications of floor care as per Manufactures specification. Day shift 7am-3:30pm.
